The villa consists of three one-bedroomed apartments (two upstairs and one downstairs) and two rooms. They all have their own entrance. The apartments can accommodate 4 persons each and the rooms 2 persons each. Each apartment is 60 sq.m. and each room 30 sq.m.

The apartments are very spacious having their bedroom with fitted wardrobes, large nicely furnished lounge / dining area / fan / TV / open plan fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer and full cooker / oven / shower room and large balcony with beautiful unobstructed views. The rooms also have these facilities (apart from lounge and kitchen of course).

To the rear of each apartment there is a large private sun patio and also a very large communal area to the front of the house for sunbathing. A small rugged path in front of the villa leads down to rocks for swimming, there is also a small beach 5-10 minutes walk away or alternatively the sandy beach of Mongonissi is 20 minutes walk

Outside the surrounding wall there is free space for parking.
